Local-first Excel add-in for financial model review.

power-user testers in the founder's network.
Install (Windows + Microsoft 365)
From an elevated PowerShell prompt:
iwr https://install.cogsevencompanion.com/install.ps1 | iex
Then open Excel; CogSeven Companion appears in the
Home tab.
What it does
- Workbook scan + structural region detection
- Unique-formula grouping and cell-type inference
- Cell trace (precedents / dependents)
- Risk audit (broken refs, hardcoded numbers in formula columns,
inconsistent formulas, volatile functions, whitespace issues,
date-format anomalies, cell-type conflicts, external links,
hidden sheets)
- Named range analysis
- Review report export to a new worksheet
- PDF import (extracted text + tables + OCR into a new sheet)
Privacy
Workbook contents stay on your machine. The only data that leaves
your computer is anonymized usage telemetry and any PDF you explicitly
upload via the PDF import feature. See the
